Lowboy Sideboard in Walnut
Black Walnut is a beautifully rich hardwood native to the North Eastern US.
It's sought after for it's dark heartwood that can exhibit a color spectrum from dark brown to an almost purple hue.
While the sapwood remains relatively light, the contrast between the different parts of the timber brings out a beautiful aesthetic that showcase the grain and color patterns found within the tree.
This cabinet was designed with custom measurements and built by hand in Cambridge, MA using locally sourced Black Walnut timber
